We love helping companies transform their HR practices. Many small business have either nonexistent, or reactive and transactional people practices. We're here to establish proactive, strategic and influential people practices for our clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are senior-level HR professionals with decades of corporate HR experience; we decided we wanted to bring that experience to the small- to medium-sized companies across the United States. Prior to founding Monarch, we held numerous HR positions in large, multinational and Fortune 500 companies. We have a seasoned approach to implementing company-wide compensation structures and sales compensation programs, operational HR planning, workplace conduct and investigations, performance management, and optimizing employee engagement. We have redesigned core business operations, driven change management initiatives, coached and developed senior executives, and handled HR due diligence and integration activities for company acquisitions.
