It's not easy to keep all of our "hats" on straight and our juggling smooth - even under the best of circumstances. And it's especially challenging when something from our past or current situation is throwing us off balance. In our sessions, you will have a quiet and accepting place to put down your juggling, let go of your self guilt, and take some time to examine what is causing imbalance in your life. Having a better self understanding and working together to create a step by step plan toward the future you want, is very empowering.
Our therapists have experience working in various settings (hospitals, school, inpatient psychiatric unit, outpatient therapy, private practice, adoption agency, and teletherapy.) with people of all ages, stages, and abilities. Using a variety of evidenced based treatment modalities, we work with people on uncovering their self defeating behaviors, improving communication skills, and achieving balance in their life.
