So..... let's talk about Mo' Flavorz, LLC ....... now. Listen. It's a couple of things I DIDN'T like about this food. Let's start with that. Didn't like: 1. I didn't have more after I ate it. 2. I was full after I ate and I still wanted more for later and I didn't have more. Now that we got that out of the way WOW.... from me and my son WOW. Mo' i don't know what you have going on in the back in that kitchen but my gawd! I walked in, and hit her with my usual spill "your choice" that I give any place that I go into to try food. I was NOT disappointed! That pasta - AMAZING, FLAVORFUL, WELL SEASONED, NEXT TIME GIVE ME THE POT. The peach cobbler - it didn't last but 2 seconds. I ate it that fast! Loved it. The lemonade - so I didn't drink that until right now as I'm typing this and I'm think "ehh lemonade it can't be that serious." I got a half gallon and I'm mad I didn't get a whole gallon. Is that some mint you have in there ma'am? 👀 it's something. Whatever it is it's WORKING very well. I also order every seasoning that she makes and also a bottle of the Cajun butter for my own meals. I'm putting those to use. 10 out of 10!!!!! If you're in Easley, SC I'd suggest you give her a call to make sure she is open because she I'd a busy woman. It's worth it!!! I'll be back! More...

What’s your signature dish?
Although I’m a creator of many recipes and do not operate under one specific specialty (flexible to the need), if I had to choose a signature dish, it would be My “Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli & Rice Casserole.”
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I have a list of options that I provide for their indecisiveness, if any. However, I also allow them to provide me with their vision as it relates to their personal requests and if it’s something I can do, we go for it; if not, we find other alternatives and sometimes I even offer to refer out. What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion for food and service. Cooking is therapeutic for me. I love to see and hear the reactions of those who has allowed me to please their palates through great food and handcrafted beverages.

If I’m a distance, the entire planning process can be done online/virtually. There are also services available that can be shipped such as beverages, sauces and seasonings that I also create.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My catering kitchen offers “take-out and pickup” catering for all requests and even for family meals. We do not offer dine-in unless it’s for small catered events for less than 20 guests, in which I cater to. We clean and sanitize regularly throughout the day; and provide sanitizing stations throughout the facility.
