We have an older cat and it is very comforting to have someone stop in and see her every day.  The crew is reliable and on time, taking care of more than our cat.  They also grab the mail and will dispose of the liter in the garbage can (alley). We used Milwaukee Pet Services for the first time this past weekend and loved it! Staci and Liz did vacation visits with our dog over the course of a long weekend. He can be standoffish with new people and we've had some issues in the past with him being scared of previous walkers but we got great reports back! It was so comforting to see notes and pictures posted online after each visit while we were away. Also our dog was completely comfortable and didn't seem stressed at all when we returned, which used to happen when boarding him. We will definitely keep using Milwaukee Pet Services! More...

We are so incredibly happy with this group of people! The thought of leaving our sweet Clyde home was devastating but we quickly learned how great it is to have MPS come to our house and care for our little guy while we work. Kate is our regular walker, and so far we've had Liz and Karla help out too. We are so pleased and get so excited waiting for emails to hear how our puppy did and see the great pictures they take! We are very comfortable with the service we have received and recommend this team to anyone we know who needs a pet sitter or walker! They do great things for us and for our growing puppy! I went out of town for 8 days, and had Liz come over to watch my dog Stella and she did a phenomenal job. I had her do 2 bathroom breaks and 1 vacation visit per day - after each visit  I received an email with a summary of what they did, how Stella was doing, whether she ate/went potty etc, along with several pictures! These daily updates really gave me peace of mind that my dog was happy/ doing well while we were gone. Liz also went above and beyond by bringing over snow "booties" & a coat for Stella after she noticed Stella kept stopping on their walks because snow was getting stuck in her paws. Liz wanted to make sure Stella got her exercise so she could rest at night so after she brought the boots & coat she was then able to walk the full hour with her (with negative 5 degree wind chills)Lastly, I returned home with my apartment looking spotless. We had gotten several feet of snow while we were gone, so I was expecting to see salty paw prints/ a dirty floor when I got home. Liz wiped everything down and I returned to a clean apartment!! I have been using Milwaukee Pet Services for over a year. In that time, they have gone above and beyond my expectations while I'm out of town and need peace of mind for not only my cats, but my home. When a potential emergency at my house came up while I was out of town recently, I was able to get a hold of my pet sitter to make sure everything was ok.  I know I can absolutely count on them to take the best care of my cats (even though they are quirky!) and keep my home safe while I'm gone. I am active duty military and travel quite a bit for work.  Jessica and her team are great with adapting to my complex and busy schedule.  I have no problems scheduling visits with the online service and I normally receive a quick response via email or text message.  They completely understand the needs of my pet and are nothing but kind, considerate and accommodating.  I thoroughly enjoy receiving daily text messages of what my pet was up to that day, on a walk, sniffing flowers outside, cuddling on the couch, or being lazy.  I would recommend Milwaukee Pet Services to all of my friends and co-workers.  A truly awesome, trustworthy and helpful service. I have nothing but good to say about Jessica and her team. You can truly tell that they love what they do. My puppy, Winston, stays with Brendan when we go out of town. From the moment we met Brendan we knew he would be a good fit for Winston. Brendan makes sure to send me text updates and pictures each day that Winston is with him. He's been very flexible with pickup and drop off times. Jessica came by and did a visit when my boyfriend and I were at a Packer game and she not only sent me a text and pictures, but she also left me a handwritten note letting me know how he was. I'm so happy I was recommended this service! Jessica is absolutely wonderful with animals and knows how to run this professional business. I've used this service twice for my two cats and will continue to use it for as long as I'm in Milwaukee. It is such a great deal for the cats to be checked on at home with love and compassion, my plants get watered and my mail gets brought it. PLUS, I get photos of the cats each day they're watched. Milwaukee Pet Services is awesome and it makes us so happy to have someone we can count on and trust to take care of our little pup. Milwaukee Pet Services is great because you have one person mainly taking care of your pet but you are also dealing with a professional organization with online payment and scheduling, etc. Brendan takes the best care of our dog, and sends us pictures/texts for every visit so we know that our pup is being taken care of wherever we are. We also board him with Brendan when we go out of town and its great to leave him in a happy home we trust and can communicate with rather than a kennel somewhere. Very happy with our relationship with Milwaukee pet Services ! After spending a few months looking into all the local pet service companies, MPS was the MOST personable, dependable, & professional of the bunch. Not only do they offer an informative and attentive first 'meeting', but they always are prompt to respond to email/phone calls -- and FRIENDLY which I found lacking in their competitiors. Jess is awesome! I recently moved from Boston to Milwaukee and was worried sick about what I would do with my two cats when I went home. We have used Jess twice now and she has been amazing.With two complicated cats to feed (complete with 2 types of food and automatic feeders) Jess has exceeded all expectations. Although I miss them while i'm away she is extremely dependable and I can always count on a daily Facebook picture of my kitties.The services fees are fair and reasonably priced.
