My wife and I were looking for a "full service" contractor for our master bath remodel, i.e. one who could both design and complete the build. Our house was built in the mid 1980's and we never touched it, other than paint. It was small and outdated. Other contractors we met with gave us a bid but would refer us to other suppliers for us to pick out flooring, cabinets, etc. They could never show us renderings or drawings of the final look. Abraham Or, the owner met with us, at our convenience on a Saturday, viewed our existing bathroom and asked what we were looking to do. He then drew up his design for us on his computer at his showroom and made suggestions by showing us samples for all the materials. We made some changes to reduce the costs which he gladly made. He is an excellent designer and is passionate both in his design and also the quality of the construction. He is very detail oriented, even the most minor of details in measurements, fit, finish and quality of the work. We trusted him completely with the project, relying on his recommendations for materials, colors, trim, hardware and fixtures. He even added a few surprises based on what my wife indicated she liked. When we chose him, he started on time and completed the project within his estimated time for completion. His workers were prompt each day and courteous. Abraham stopped over to our house twice a day to supervise the construction and ensure the build was proceeding as designed and inspected every detail every day. In the end, Abraham "nailed it!" We loved the design. The quality of the construction was excellent and in the end, the final result totally exceeded our expectations. We love our new bathroom! It is more than we could have hoped for, we love it! If you are looking for a contractor with an excellent eye for design, loves his job, takes pride in his design and work, and actually looks at his final completion as a work of art, then you have to choose Abraham with Milano Dezign! We are so happy with the end result! We chose Milano Dezign because we were referred by a family friend and that was the right decision. We had one and a half months to finish one master bathroom and one hallway bathroom. We started working on design with Abraham and that was a great experience. From the 1st day, Abraham explained to us each step within his planned schedule. Communication was key on this project and I was able to reach Abraham anytime during the day...and sometimes even in late hours by text message. Minor hiccups along the way which is normal in any renovation however the guys kept their professionalism and finished the work as desired. Our family finally decided to make some changes to our house including the kitchen. It was dated and with a lot of drawbacks and we were never able to feel like it’s working the way we need it, dining area was too small, not enough working surface and some other things that we were planning to change.
So finding a good and trustful company was a big deal for us. After finding Milano Dezign Remodeling Center they went above and beyond our expectations and you know the process of our big transformations was amazing. Starting with design and visit to their showroom was impressive. These people are real professionals, how easy the remodel process started bringing all that we’ve dreamed of into life, into our home. I love how bright and spacious our kitchen looks now, countertop, cabinets, all the lightening and small but so important details for a household work together. It has been a pleasure working with great team of people and see them create our amazing kitchen! After such a nice experience we are currently working on our laundry area design with their senior designer Abraham. He is a professional in what he is doing. It’s a pleasant and stress free process.
