METRO Architecture, is a full service Architectural firm specializing in
commercial, retail, tenant improvement, professional office remodels
and expansions.

METRO also has a residential division that concentrates primarily on new ground up homes (averaging 1300-5000 sq. ft.), 400 sq. ft. plus vacation homes, existing house expansions and conversions, family casitas and pool houses, interior remodels and interior architectural designs.

Our Interior Design firm provides design services to clients who need assistance in settling into their new home; be it a new house or as new apartment. Quite often we help winter visitors and new apartment residents ..... who are looking to make their space a little spacial and individualistic ..... yet be able to take the 'design upgrades' with their furniture when the relocate or make the big move into a condominium or their own new residence. Sometimes ....its just paint ..... sometimes new furniture, new art, or a whole home furnishing and remodel. You choose how much or how little to make your new house your new home.

All our professional services have been developed upon the concept of providing excellent professional services and designs to our clients for more than eleven years. And twenty years experience, prior to opening METRO Architecture, at another architectural/engineering firm.

The organization of our firm assures that every project, from new project
design and planning to tenant interiors and renovations, receive the same
“hands on client services.”

Our approach to design and production promotes imagination and precision
at every level of service to our clients. We always want to provide the highest possible degree of project quality and consistency, essential in the development of construction documentation for a speedy building permit and assistance to the Owner's general contractor for all project.

A majority of our work has been on a referral basis, evident by our clients’

And METRO has a new full service landscape design service; with an established outdoor design team. A group of passionate and enthusiastic designers with each individual demonstrating creativity and skills in the development of project designs. Our design consultants are experienced in multi-family, commercial, public, institutional, and all types of large and small residential casual and southwestern landscape design.
