For me, it’s seeing people flourish. I love making a difference and bringing positive energy to people. I truly enjoy inspiring others to get what they want out of their career and life.

My goal in life is to inspire and motivate over 1M people to achieve great things. Technology has come a long way and some generations are stuck. My super power is that I’m a generational influencer. I have the ability to put myself completely in another persons shoes and truly understand their perspective, free of judgement. I started my business to help as many people as possible and exceed my goal.

For more than 20 years, I've utilized up-to-date resources and findings in the fields of technology, psychology, and leadership to drive tangible results. My programs/tools/techniques use these inputs to develop tailored solutions that can be adjusted to suit user feedback. I care deeply about people and also strive to make my coaching as enjoyable as possible. On a personal note, I too have had to overcome some life challenges that I honestly didn't think I would make it to other side. As I look back on some of those periods, such as growing up and aging out in the foster care system, everything I overcame, imprinted my need to help others and find a way to do just that.

Sessions are via Zoom. Sessions can be completed from anywhere and we do ask the camera is on.

You will have an opportunity to take a psychology based assessment that will be used to generate a report aligned to your current role. You will be provided with strengths, opportunities for development, leadership report and coaching reports. We will then together create your action plan by setting goals. We will meet weekly or bi-weekly with an agenda set by you to discuss the support you need.

You will have the opportunity to take a psychometric assessment that evaluates areas of strength and potential development opportunities. This information will be used to craft a tailored action plan with established goals and regular check-in discussions based on an agenda decided by you. As well, we'll provide tools that allow you to obtain feedback from direct reports and others which can also be incorporated into your leadership development plan. All in all, this assessment process seeks to ensure success with the necessary support. We'll meet on a regular basis, with the agenda set according to pre-determined goals and you. To help you reach success, we'll provide you with the necessary tools and resources based on your needs.

Get personal coaching in any area of your life that needs improvement. It can be anything from to getting motivated to get more done, guidance on starting a project or change you've only dreamed about until now, developing a learning plan, figuring out your life/career purpose, reinventing your life, managing changes and transitions and improving confidence and self-esteem.
Weekly or bi-weekly session (you set the agenda). Access to activities, e-books and workbooks, designed to help you create and accomplish goals, long or short-term plans of action and stay organized. Unlimited e-mail support for guidance on content and materials provided you.
Client portal access for exclusive content that includes strategies for living a more fulfilling life.

By providing support and guidance, we help our clients succeed in building their businesses and achieving their goals. We will have weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Once goals are set, you will set the agenda and be provided with all the support you need.
