Angelo is an amazing individual to work with! He is extremely talented and passionate about what he does it's very admirable. My husband and I both knew we would just love his work right from our first meeting with him. His food and staff were exceptional, 5 stars is not enough to rate his work. At our tasting he sealed the deal and won my heart with everything he created for us that day. Our guest very astonished as to how good the food was and the service. I have had the great pleasure of attending/hosting 3 Mediterranean Catering events in the last 3 months and each one of them have been exceptional! Angelo is a phenomenal chef that brings a delicious and modern flare to his dishes. Mediterranean Catering is amazing! After we got engaged we knew right away we wanted Angelo to cater the event. My wife knew him from years back when this incredible company was just a dream of his. All I can say is that I’m beyond thrilled it came to fruition for him. The food was absolutely incredible, his menus super flexible, and he went way above to make our day as amazing as possible!

It must be magic because he took a kitchen that could barely handle a grilled cheese sandwich and made tray upon tray of perfect food! Angelo also handled a horrendous “event coordinator” in an extremely professional manner.

His staff is equally amazing and shares his desire to make your day better than you could possibly imagine. I wouldn’t imagine using any other catering service and if you want the best you won’t either! More...

Angelo and his team did a truly amazing job with our wedding, and we couldn’t be more thankful! Angelo was lovely to work with; he was communicative and actively collaborated with us to bring our specific vision to life.

First, my partner and I wanted to have an eclectic menu—from vegetable curry to dim sum to stuffed mushrooms to roasted salmon—and every single menu item that Angelo and his team provided was *delicious.* Our guests made a special point to emphatically tell us how delicious the food was! Whether you want a more traditional wedding menu or something a bit different, Angelo is *absolutely* the person to trust with it! Second, Angelo was incredibly flexible and willing to working with some unusual restrictions on our part. We wanted a family style meal for a large wedding—a challenge which Angelo and his team pulled off seamlessly. We also had a venue that did not have a kitchen, but Angelo and his team also made this work without compromising the quality of the food.

Beyond the (superb!) food and service, Mediterranean Catering provided bartenders for our wedding who were excellent. Regarding the bar service—Angelo was incredibly generous with his time and resources. Our venue did not have ice coolers, which Angelo was able to provide (a detail that we could not have done without!), and he also offered to pick up the ice that we needed for the reception. These were both incredibly helpful and testaments to how much Angelo worked to help our day go as smoothly as possible.

Angelo went above and beyond with catering our wedding last weekend. I met him back in January and from day one he was very easy to talk to. We had a taste testing to pick out what food we wanted and it was all delicious! We has very reasonable prices. Throughout the wedding planning process Angelo was always super sweet. He would randomly text us to see how everything was going and to ask if there was anything he could do to help. Our venue did not have a kitchen so he set up a kitchen in a tent and was still able to make everything in a timely manner. He offered to pick up anything we needed such as drink mixers, ice, and garnishes! The day of the wedding he checked in on us periodically to see how everything was going. made sure that we had a plate of appetizer on our table for us when we walked into the reception. His staff was also amazing. They set everything up nicely- I purchased linen napkins and they folded them all and put them out for us. If they saw me coming up to the bar they would get my drink ready before I even got there. At the end of the night I tried to help clean up but they would take anything they saw me carrying. People have raved to me already about his amazing penne vodka (which is what sold me to begin with!) and everything else as well. Thank you so much Angelo for everything you did for us!! I went to a high level business meetup, and Chef Angelo did private catering for us at our multi-day event. Full, meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, with some of the tastiest, best food I have ever eaten. I never knew Mediterranean cuisine would taste so amazing. We actually flew him out to L.A. to cater the event. If he lived closer, or is ever on the West Coast again, Chef Angelo will be my go-to guy for catering or private dining. No question. By far some of the BEST food I have every had in my entire life! Mediterranean Catering cooked for a 3-day mastermind that I went to in Hollywood Hills just 2 weeks ago and oh boy, this company made me feel like a king. Half of the time I wasn't exactly sure what the food was called but it tasted unlike anything I have ever had before. It's unbelievable how Angelo (the head chef) can be so quick in getting the food prepared & still put so much time and care into each meal he cooks. Anyone that needs the best food on Earth for an upcoming event (or maybe you are hungry and just want to treat yourself?) better hire Mediterranean Catering. All I have to say is we hired Mediterranean Catering LLC to cater our wedding and all I can say is WOW. We had over 75 guest that were jaw struck with the quality and perfection of the food. Angelo out did himself and his wait staff was nothing but polite caring and at our beck and call. It is wonderful to know that a couple can actually sit and enjoy their wedding day a let the professionals take over, and that is what Angelo did. Russell and I hired Mediterranean Catering gave them a budget to work with and Angelo did the rest. Angelo out beat many other caterers in the Poconos and now I can see why!!!!!
