Wow! Michael catered my intimate backyard wedding this past Saturday in North Lake Tahoe. My guests and I were blown away by his service and food. We had 21 guests and he made our meal so incredibly memorable. His team of servers and his bartender were friendly, professional and prompt! He was so organized with his planning that he took a lot of stress out of our big day. He even customized our menu to accommodate all of our guests dietary restrictions (Vegan, Gluten Free, etc.). The food was fresh and delicious. His team handled all of our place settings and also cleaned up everything at the end. It was simply perfect. All of my guests were raving over his service and food. WOW! Michael's creations were delicious AND beautifully presented. Â My husband and best friends surprised me by hiring Michael to cater in our Tahoe Donner home a birthday celebration dinner for me. Â It was a special dinner on many levels. Â Everyone brought a bottle of wine to pair with each course; and there were many! Â It all tasted perfect. Â To have a terrific meal prepared and the dishes done was quite a treat. Â It allowed us to have an exceptionally memorable evening. Â I can't count how many "toasts" were made! We asked Michael to cater our family birthday dinner in Tahoe Donner and could not have been happier with the decision! Â His risotto and lamb chop creations left us all agreeing they were among the best we had ever tasted--restaurant or catered! Â The added benefit of all serving, clearing and cleaning included in the price left us perfectly set to enjoy the evening with none of the regular work and chores...so thanks Michael for making it possible!
