I contracted MC Builders to build a two story to include a 1000sqft shop on the first floor and a 1100sqft living area on the second floor to include bedrooms, bath , kitchen, and living room. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality craftsmanship and pricing. All the people Mike had working on sight were always professional and friendly. Mike was always available by phone or text to ansewr all my questions. Everything was up front with no hidden costs and Mike always went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. MC Builders delivers in quality, time and price. Mike Cardona and his employees at MC Builders built us a custom 30 ft by 40 ft two-story garage that makes me smile every time I pull into the driveway. We were having a house built at the same time and MC Builders delivered a garage that had better materials for a lower price than the builder could. MC Builders was prompt with work and communication from the first inquiry to the final detail of construction and has followed up afterwards to make sure that everything has performed the way we discussed. I really appreciated that Mike took time to suggest changes in my initial plans that made big improvements in function and appearance that I would have never thought of to make. The entire team was very professional and courteous and made a big effort to keep the site clean and the limits of construction confined to what they needed. I also liked that once on the project, Mike and his team worked on it consistently and that there were no big gaps in construction like I have experienced with others.
