How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Collaboration is key. It’s important that the caterer/chef has a detailed plan. I can most likely offer a dish to please any crowd.
What do you love most about your job?
Manipulation is the easiest part to love. I am very intrigued by the transformation of a raw product to a beautiful dish. I love starting with nothing and ending with a masterpiece.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Comprimising on quality and perfection is not an option for me. I spent a handful of years executing menus designed by other chefs. Eventually, it became evident; working for myself is the only way to serve food how I believe fit.

I will ensure the guests the quality they are looking for. Making sure the menu is satisfactory, and applying my utmost attention to detail… This service is sure to create good memories.
