I am a Certified Maxwell Leadership DISC Trainer and as such I am licensed to do individual and group or team DISC presentations and assessments. I love helping others know how their personality traits can be leveraged for maximum influence for good. I want them to know how valuable they are and how they can utilize that in this world to help other people excel in faith, family, and freedom so they can be a REAL Success on the stage of life that matters most, their front door.

On top of individual or family success is group success and building teams. That is another layer to the DISC is putting that all together. Whether your group is a family or a business team, that is another layer to the DISC process that I do. In addition to that, I have Youth DISC assessments I work with also. I am a multi-faceted youth leadership coach also so I can service the entire family. Soon I will get into the career assessment with DISC also. I love DISC and personality assessments as they opened my world to greater possibilities, and I love doing that with others who need that type of process to help them see their intrinsic value!

Let’s face it, marriage and family relationships are a true joy in life. So much so that these relationships should bring out the very best within us as we engage with them. So, why is it that we often come to the table with lesser than appealing versions of ourselves? What if there was a way to help us fully commit to and live out this “best version” of ourselves within our relationships? The way isn’t as complex as we may think. Modern day research has predicted what makes a healthy and happy marriage and that is where pre-marriage and marriage coaches come into play. Trained by Drs. Les and Leslie Parrott, I am a Marriage Coach on the Save Your Marriage Before It Starts program. Les is a Psychologist and Leslie is a Marriage and Family Therapist and are world renowned for the creation of the Save Your Marriage Before It Starts Assessment as well as may other books which have changed the way I work in my own marriage let alone with others.

With this assessment and the tools wrapped around it, it gives a basis for starting out great marriages and strengthening marriages that have gone off the rails in areas of marital conflict as one example. It covers major and minor areas of life and does so in a fun and engaging manor. I offer this program in one-on-one settings with couples and in group environments. I also offer this through churches and other non-profits and would do this in businesses if they wanted to offer it to their employees. It can be done as a series of sessions (virtual or in person) or as a weekend event. It’s customizable to meet the needs of your setting and I am flexible as to how I give the information out. Beyond this, I am also facilitating mastermind groups on different marriage topics of How We Love based on the materials from the Love Styles by the Yerkovich’s, Boundaries in Marriage by Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend, and the Love Languages (Dr. Gary Chapman) in combination with the Crazy Cycle by Dr. Emerson Eggerichs. I can’t wait to get into those topics later this year.

In that book, I shared my life story of 33 holding to a philosophy that to this day I have lived out.
