I've only had one session with Damaris, but I can already tell she will help me achieve my goals. She listened to my concerns about my lower back pain, adjusted the moves, and helped me alleviate the pain partway through the workout with some stretching exercises. Enjoy the journey! It may take you a few weeks, it may take a few months, it may even take a few years. The important part is to have fun and enjoy what you’re doing! If you enjoy working out alone then do so, if you enjoy working out around others, then do so. You gotta have fun or else it’s not worth it, my opinion.

Was working for a martial arts school for over 16 years and just wanted to branch off and only teach what I want to teach, which is helping women become better, more confident versions of themselves.

Because I’m real. I have made this my life journey. I’ve lived, learned and taught discipline in fitness and in self defense and have experience in helping many achieve their goals.

Yes, of course being face to face is where you’ll receive the best results but you can achieve your goals as long as you stay disciplined to staying on track with the classes!

Online classes have been the best way to keep everyone safe. Now that most people are vaccinated I believe training face to face is now relatively safe. All my equipment is wiped down after and before a training session to ensure it is all sanitized before use.

Learn Krav Maga. In my opinion, The most practical way of defending yourself against the most common day to day attacks. Learn how to defend from chokes, bear hugs, grabs, learn rape prevention and awareness. Also learn how to disarm and defend against gun, knife and stick threats or attacks.

Want to lose weight or body fat? Want to build muscle? Want to relieve stress or become more flexible? My fitness program incorporates a bit of cardio kickboxing and Tabata training. Lots of fun!
