Mary spent most of her career in the Human Resources department at Fidelity Investments. It was during her long career at Fidelity that she learned how to work with many leaders, managers, and individual contributors to understand their true motivations and passions and help turn those into career wins. Mary firmly believes we all have the answers inside of us, but we sometimes need some help to uncover those truths and find the best path for us.

Mary believes that everyone can reach their highest potential, but that looks different for every person. Mary’s approach includes the following:

• Giving leaders a safe space to explore options and try out new ideas.

• Helping coachees find the right tools to develop teams and communicate more effectively with others.

Mary is a Certified Professional Coach and is a master practitioner of the Energy Leadership Assessment through IPEC. Mary is also a practitioner of the table group assessments for organizational and team health and a partner with DISC.
