My wife and I recently did a maternity shoot with Marty, the owner of Martin Javor Photography. Marty is very much a professional from start to finish.
We started communicating via email, then via text, and then by phone. We came to terms on a price and asked Marty to suggest places we could go to for our Maternity Shoot. He sent us a list of choices and we settled on the Rose Garden at Farmers Branch, an excellent choice. We met at the agreed upon time and Marty shared a selection of pictures that showed poses we could use during our shoot. Marty directed the entire shoot recommending where to stand and how to pose. He even had an iPad where the pictures were transmitted to from his camera so we could review the excellent quality of the images in real time. This was a great feature and put our mind at ease as to the quality of the images we were receiving. We took pictures for around an hour and a half and as previously agreed to, he downloaded the images from the SD card in his camera to our laptop.
Marty is a consummate professional and appears to be adept at any kind of photography and we hope to use him for our upcoming baby pictures. We highly recommend him for any of your photography needs. You won’t be disappointed.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The secret to taking a great photo is getting as much input from my client as possible so that a clear context around the needed image is created before the photo is taken.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about being a professional photographer is the interaction with people and seeing the elation on someone's face when they get the image(s) they want. I also love the creativity that goes into planning, the creating, and the editing of the photographs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Photography is my life's passion, and rarely can someone get paid for what they love to do. I not only run a photography business, but also an online fine art photography website.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe clients should choose me if they want the best quality work they can get for their budget. Photography is not only a business, but an art. It doesn't take long to see if someone approaches photography as just a business. It's when you see and hear a photographer's passion that you recognize that they are a true artist.

I can provide product photography services online. In most cases, the client sends me what needs to be photographed, they can even participate in the principal photography via a video conference. I have a home studio with all of the necessary lighting equipment to photograph large products, plus I have a very large lightbox that I use, as well.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
With regards to Covid, I am fully vaccinated and will wear a mask in the presence of others to protect them, and myself.
