What do you love most about your job?
I love helping my clients reach their fullest potential and live more authentic lives. Many of my clients come to see me when they are 'surviving' life and it is my greatest honor to help people begin to thrive in their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I grew up in Austin, Texas (hook ‘em) in a big blended family. Since I was little I’ve had an ability to feel into the feelings of people around me. I am a human with lived experience of mental health struggles and trauma. “Why” I am a therapist begins with my own personal transformation in therapy and the deep belief that therapy can help you heal.
