What’s your signature dish?
I would say my signature dish is :Seafood Delight... Dungeness Crabs, Shrimp, Mussels, Scallops and Clams cooked in butter, old bay and other seasoning's.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First getting a true understanding of what the clients wants for there event. I make sure I know what allergies they might have if any and what there favorite dishes are.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love about my job is, its not a job its a passion that I love, every time I cook.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me was my Mother, who taught me everything I know about cooking. I want to be able to spread to as many people as I can each time I do an event.

Why should they choose me, because I will cook for them as if they are family and show them the love I have for the food and make there moment memorable.
