What do you love most about your job?
For our team this is the most rewarding career as we get to help people improve their lives. We succeed when we provide clients the tools they need to manage their circumstances, we see them grow and reach a healthier and more fulfilling life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Scott Pennington is the Clinical Director and Owner of the practice. He has worked in the field for nearly 10 years in private practice as well as clinical settings. His ultimate goal was to create a safe place where each individual was heard without judgement and could receive quality care.

We truly see everyday the strong mind and body connection. We have an integrative approach offering not only mental health therapy but also life and health coaching when needed. Our group of professionals has been carefully chosen to offer quality care. We also listen to the community and not only offer individual therapy but also various support groups and workshops in popular mental health and wellness topics.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
This method is very powerful to help various issues such as anxiety, depression, procrastination, various mental disorders... It is a method helping you become mindful of your self-talk, understanding what is serving you and what is not helping your life. We assist you then in challenging your beliefs to create new more positive outlook and start implementing it in your new life.
Addiction Therapy
Mallory is our CAADC: Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and our CCDP-D: Certified Co-Occurring Disorder Professional- Diplomate. She has many years of experience helping individuals struggling with addiction. Mallory is also very instrumental in helping and educating the families of people dealing with addiction since this is not just the individual's life being impacted but all the individual's relationships as well.
