Came to celebrate my Birthday! Thanks to Tom and AJ for a great experience. Very attentive and open to feedback. Had oysters, ceviche, scallop crudo , and lobster bisque ramen. Definitely would go back. A+++

The new Lobster Inn. The menu was eclectic. My wife had the Lobster Poutine. The Lobster was succulent and was in a perfect mix of cheese and liquid.
I had the lobster grilled cheese that was delicious. The bread was thin and perfect with large chunks of lobster in cheese.
The staff was fantastic and very helpful. I definitely recommend.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Understanding what your client wants is the first step, we would have a 1 on 1 discussion to set a plan of action for the event or party. We would cover food, drinks, ambiance, location, size of event, etc. Once all areas are covered we will send you a detailed line-by-line breakdown of everything we are providing to make the experience on to remember.
What do you love most about your job?
The people. The ability to leave a lasting impression on someone or a group of people and the feeling that you get when you know everyone had an amazing time. Nothing else is like it, that's what I love most about this job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The love of hospitality and seafood, I am a local born and raised in East Quogue and this has been my passion ever since I was a kid. Making an event/party memorable for someone has always been my main source of inspiration.

We offer to all of our staff COVID-19 vaccination appointments, not to mention the use of masks, daily temperature checks and covid testing upon symptoms.
