What’s your signature dish?
Fettichini alla salmone (Crusted Salmon and from scratch Fettichi in a vodka cream sauce served w/ my from scratch garlic bread.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It usally starts with a small line of questions to get the idea of what the client desires. My assistant then beautifully designs an event menu based on theme of the event and whats being served.
What do you love most about your job?
I love cooking. I love performing for my clients. I love the feedback and applause after an event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am inspired by my peers. There are some really talented chefs in the world and I inspire to deliver a one of kind experience amongst the best ever.
