I' started doing prenatal training with Jessica 3 years ago. Little did I know I would become her postnatal client for almost 3 years after I gave birth. The workouts with Jessica are so fun and challenging. She has so much passion for what she does and I look forward to my sessions with her day in and day out. Hiring Jess as my prenatal trainer was the best thing I did throughout my pregnancy. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I normally don't write reviews, but I had such a good experience with my new trainer Jessica Sykora! I wanted to really focus on my butt. I thought I was doing the exercises right but she modified them so I could really feel the burn. Those little tweeks really made a difference. I started postnatal training with Jessica shortly after giving birth to my second son. I wanted to shed the baby weight, but more specifically work on trouble areas I have had most of my adult life. Even completely sleep deprived with a newborn, I looked forward to my sessions with Jessica and always left feeling stronger and happier. I saw amazing results in my arms, butt, hips and overall core strength. I've been training with Jessica for a little over a year, half of which time while I have been pregnant. Jessica is an awesome coach who is very motivating, while always trying to push you to achieve the next level of your fitness goals. I especially recommend Jessica for prenatal training because she is so knowledgeable at every stage of pregnancy and it's clear that she is always staying up to date on research about prenatal and post-natal fitness. When you're pregnant there is already enough to worry about, so I'm so grateful that I never have to worry about my training regime -- I know my baby and I are in good hands with Jessica. More...

I have been a personal trainer for 10 years and I signed up for training with Jessica so she could teach me some volleyball skills. We trained twice a week and she taught me how to serve, spike and set, as well as the tricks to getting the ball to go where you want it to go. I now feel confident to go out and play and feel like I have the knowledge to keep working on my skills so eventually, I can play in sand tournaments. Jessica always drove me to the courts and paid for our parking, it made me feel like I was being taken care of and didn’t have to worry about any thing other than getting good at volleyball. She was patient with my lack of ability and never made me feel like I couldn’t do it. Jessica is knowledgeable and fun. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get in shape or improve his or her volleyball skills. As one of her co-workers I have seen her working with many people and seen her make positive changes in many peoples lives!!! My wife and I trained for 3 years with Jessica and she is hands down the best trainer I have ever had. She helped get us back into the best shape in a long time before and after our wedding. I try to be a very active person whether that be running, circuit training, or spinning; and Jessica's sessions have always left me feeling accomplished yet challenged. She makes sure you are moving correctly in all the exercises with good form, and won't stand over you over-correcting you, hindering your ability to get a work out. She wants that heart rate up! She's friendly, outgoing, motivating, and a great coach! Anyone would be lucky to get on her schedule!! More...
