Let me just start off by being super honest with you by saying that one, I’m so incredibly excited, and two, that I am so humbled and honored by the fact that you might allow me to do the deeply important work of telling your story.

My husband and I wanted something to remember the excitement and joy of our first trimester after 4 long years of thinking we may never be able to be parents or have a successful pregnancy.
Not only that, but we'd learned that we were expecting identical TWINS!!! (We didn't know this then, but two daughters!)
Mandi at Mudpie Photography booked us during one of her mini-sessions at a lovely ranch in Conroe, she took her time to get the right shots, even when that meant going a bit over our time slot. The ranch-hand (who was also a photographer) who assisted us and showed us around the place was so sweet and did everything she could to make the experience a great one, even letting us try to get some photos with the horses. The photos turned out to be just what we were going for - our family will cherish them forever. We look forward to working with Mudpie again in the future!

I was a little hesitant about doing a pregnancy photo shoot. I had never done one before with my other two babies but since this was my last baby I thought it might be nice to document. Mandi was amazing! So sweet and encouraging, and great with my two older kiddos who were less excited to be hanging out in old town Spring at 7:30 am. What we ended up with was amazing! The pictures look like us, very natural and relaxed, except in old town spring. They were natural and candid. You get the sense of our family and our personalities pop out. My entire family loved them all. We can't wait for her to photograph baby Owen. I am sure Mandi will capture his personality then as well. More...

She shot the photos of our son when he was 9 days old and we were so happy that when his first birthday just came around there was no other photographer we would have contacted but her!
