What do you love most about your job?
What we love about the HR profession is the ability to influence innumerable aspects of an organization, to assist in the development of its employees, and to play a part in influencing strategic business decisions. A business is only as good as its employees, and an organization's employees are only as good as their HR team. We strive to be professional and highly effective at helping companies assess the performance of their organizations.
We are the building blocks on which the company's performance & productivity is based.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by my years as an HR executive. I believe I have much to offer businesses in creating a better work site. I am also inspired by a desire to help others. I intend to donate a portion of what I earn to charities for children, homeless and Haiti.

We have experienced professionals that listen and really understand the needs of an organization, which allows us to quickly identify and address areas of improvement, including policy gaps, technology deficiencies, training weaknesses, and controls. Being out of the box thinkers, who believe in engaging and seeking value in every employee. We try to learn about employees’ passions and skills outside of their job. This once led us to discover that a data analysis employee was highly talented with graphic arts. We used that employee for a company fundraiser which received much praise and ensured the clerk received full credit.
