Amy was an absolute pleasure to work with for our family photos! Before the day of our shoot, she helped ease my nerves by giving me some ideas for clothes and color schemes that would compliment our studio space. She worked well with the chaos of trying to wrangle a dog and my almost-two-year-old son. She made my husband and I feel comfortable the whole time and always had fresh ideas for beautiful photos. Amy is amazing. She’s so sweet and upbeat - and patient! My 2 year old cried for 98% of our one hour family session and yet somehow I still have beautiful family photos! OH. EM. GEE. Amy is SO fun to work with! She laughed with us, squealed with us, and simply celebrated us with us! She had poses for us, but also let us do some of whatever we wanted. There was a whole lot of happiness captured today between my parter and I and a huge, kind hearted smile behind the camera. We talked about having her do a set of our engagement, maternity, and maybe even wedding photos! I loved that during the shoot she kept saying “you two are so cute” and throwing out things to keep us from getting shy. I 100% recommend her to anyone, but especially anyone who usually feels ‘awkward’ getting their photo taken because she makes it seem soooo natural. More...
