Maggie is amazing, all through the pandemic I kept injuring my back trying to start exercising again, but Maggie worked with my previous back injuries and tailored a program that has helped strengthen my back. Not once have I had any issues with injury or stress on my old injuries. She’s also been helping me get in shape again for my wedding, and she is encouraging, flexible, and has helped me slowly and steadily get back into the best shape that I can be. I do consultations with all my clients to discover what their fitness goals are. My number one priority as your trainer is to get you to your fitness goals. I design sessions that target their goals and do frequent goal check-ins. As a sport psychologist, it is important for me to figure out what motivates the client and get to know them so I have a better idea of what will help them reach their goals. Fitness is just as much mental as it is a physical one!

Patience and hard work. You have to be patient with yourself as you work to get to your goals. You also have to be committed and work hard. There will be times when you plateau and times when you want to quit, that just means it's time to level up. I will help you through those times. Getting the body you want also comes with having a healthy lifestyle. You have to eat healthy, have control of stress, and workout to the right intensity.

Getting know my clients and seeing them reach their goals. It is important to me to connect with my clients. I love talking to them and hearing about their lives. When you create that bond the work that goes into reaching your goals becomes much more rewarding and fun!

I was able to grow my clientele to move out of a box gym and into my own business. I love having my own training business and being able to meet and train with different people from all different backgrounds and walks of life.

I am devoted to my clients 100%. My first priority is you. I work with my clients so that they feel comfortable, love their time working out with me, and reach their goals.
