What’s your signature dish?
It may not be the most elegant dish- but Cheeseburger Egg Rolls are my specialty. They make for an amazing, unique hors d’oeuvre.

It begins by getting to know my clients. Their preferences and interests help a lot in creating the perfect menu items for their special occasion.
What do you love most about your job?
Receiving feedback from clients! Knowing that the dishes I created were enjoyed is very important to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in a high volume environment at Disney World and I realized I didn’t get the same connection to guests as I did if I were cooking for them in a personalized way, which I find more fulfilling.
