How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I ask what kinds of foods suit their palate(s). When they give me a background, it allows me the freedom of designing a custom experience for every single client differently.

The freedom to design and create in the art of food!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The way that I can inspire those learning or interested in becoming free to be comfortable in the kitchen where the magic comes to life!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I disinfect my surfaces before, during, and after cooking. All food grade safe. I also wear gloves during the entire process and a mask if my clients request it.
