How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We work together to define what goals you have. Look at your current fitness level and any physical issues currently present. Then define the work and process from there. Once started we can track progress via picture and video as well as the use of personal tracking devices.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Visualization, determination, a dedication to having fun. The most important part of this is having a personal reason and purpose for reaching your goals.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with people and watching them grow and change through the work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love movement of all kinds. I am dedicated to the work in my body and mind, and I have worked with people and their development for most of my adult life. I feel as though one thing we can do for ourselves in life is to find out what it is we can do with our bodies, what our bodies are truly capable of achieving.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a lot of experience. I love working with all types of bodies and conditions. I am still learning my craft and I plan to continue to do so. I am persistent. I care and I follow up.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, I have the capability to connect remotely through zoom and google. In person training is also an option if you are close to the Seattle area.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote options available. If you are in person all and any Covid-19 precautions can be taken. Please let me know if you are medically sensitive.
Personal Coaching
For those who are feeling like they need a boost in their lives. This work can be physical, problem solving, etc. The type of work is decided after an initial discussion about needs, desires and goals.
Personal Training
This is for those looking to work their bodies. Focus and intensity is dependent on the needs, desires and goals of the client. Part of this process includes a 'get to know you' intro, which is designed to talk over any issues that may be condition related as well as talking over timelines, and realistic goal setting.
