Thank you Henry for your patience, expertise and great communication! We didn't work with M7.24 for the work we needed to have done due to scheduling conflicts (this is why the 4 stars), but for me, good customer service is just as important as the actually job performance. Trust these 5 star reviews!! Henry and his team do great work, very reasonable estimate, and rolled with the punches that my old condo threw to get some much needed electrical work done. I needed my zinsco panel replaced and also wanted to add ceiling fans and lights into the bedrooms. Henry was very flexible to come over and take a look at what was needed. Ricardo (electrician) then came and spent half a day troubleshooting and working with building management to figure out how to beat complete the project (cement ceilings and power that also served 3 other units made the project impossible to complete the day it was scheduled, but again Henry and Ricardo were amazingly flexible to work with so the fans were finished right before the heat wave!!)I'm also planning to change out the shower door, add screens to the windows, and maybe a few other little projects down the line and M 7.24 will be my go-to contractor for everything!! Enrique was able to show up when other contractors deemed our request 'too small' of a job that wasn't worth doing. We needed a contractor to do some joist work in a very narrow crawl space; he came by for an estimate, went under the house, looked at the issue and gave me his honest opinion. A day later I had a digital quote. He came out with his team and finished the job in a couple days. They cleaned up well and left the place neat. Very nice guy and does great work. Henry and his team fixed our front porch and stairs. Due to the size of the porch, and water damage over the years, it was a pretty big project. Henry's team replaced the damaged plywood, added more support, and improved the drainage system. They also redid the stucco around the porch and stairs, and put in tiling for both. The end product was excellent. The porch looks great, and I'm confident the drainage system is much improved. It was a definite upgrade. Henry's quote wasn't quite the lowest I received, but his estimate was detailed, and he seemed to put a lot of thought and consideration into the project. I definitely recommend M 7.24. Expedient support. Called with minimal notice to get some work done during shelter in place after closing on escrow. What started off with one request on the sidewalk ended up with a multitude of request and bids on painting, electrical and tiling. I had a stucco wall that was leaking water inside the house. Â The guys at M 7.24 was able to stop by and evaluate and provide me with a solution. Â After opening up the stucco wall, we discovered that the stucco wall was not properly done. Â We discussed the best option to take and went ahead and replace the whole wall. Â The guys assisted with the permit process and was there to take care of the inspections by the city. Â They did an excellent job with the project. Â I highly recommend their services. Henry and Felix retrofit my house. They took out all the damaged siding and replaced the whole house with stucco. They are detail oriented and used quality products to make my house strong and new. My roof was also done with 50years shingles. Of course, it came out beautiful. I don't have to worry about my house for years to come. They replaced my leaky bathtub right quick. Â The best part of the experience was that, when I pointed out a mistake, they immediately acknowledged it and sent someone over to fix it - unlike others I' ve worked with who don't take pride in their work and argue with you hoping you'll just ignore it.
