I teach about Primary Foods in which the top four are: Relationships, Physical Exercise, Spirituality and Career and the importance of balance in the Primary Foods.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Very important! Most people can’t exercise enough to loose a lot of weight (unless your are an olympic athlete). That is why eating healthy Whole Foods along with exercise and balance in specific areas of your life, through lifestyle changes, brings success.

What inspired you to start your own business?
As a retired nurse, I saw the need that the medical field misses, to help others learn how to become healthy through eating Whole Foods and implementing lifestyle changes that work to become healthier and happier.
