I hired chef Michael for my husband’s 60th surprise Birthday Party We had 20+ guests at our house. Chef Michael was very easy to work with in figuring out the menu and open to changes I made along the way. The day of the party he was there early to prep and the food was hot and delicious. Everyone raved about how flavorful the food was. The steaks that I had asked for were cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend him to anyone doing a home party. It took away a lot of the stress of cooking while having guests staying at our house. When the meal was over he cleaned everything up. Thank you for making the day such a success!! More...
