What makes a great website?
In our opinion, a great website has to tell a story and do it in an efficient manner. When businesses approach us with needing a website, one of the main things we touchpoints on is what is your brand about, what are your values and what are you aiming to provide? These key questions help us design and developed a website that caters for their target audience. Hence, a great website is simply a group of web pages that help explain your business and help you turn strangers into customers by catering to them.

What do you love most about your job?
We love helping businesses get online and begin to expand their sources of revenue. The best part of working with businesses is seeing them become freer from the annoying daily nuisance tasks. By using automation and software we're able to lower the business owners input while maintaining or even increasing output.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I began by working as a freelance web developer, however after seeing a major gap in the market for digital agencies for small/medium-sized businesses I had to step in. Small and medium-sized businesses are left to figure the digital space out themselves, however, we wanted to provide great service for a reasonable price.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are consistently trying to provide kiwi businesses with the tools to take their business online. We ensure our services and products are all easy to understand and our customers are provided with transparent insight into what we do. One of our main objectives is to provide reliable digital solutions that will help grow our client’s businesses. We are always chasing excellence by pushing the limits and developing new systems and solutions that will produce greater results for our customers. Establishing a professional environment and ensuring we provide professional services to all of our clients is a significant value that is shared throughout our organisation. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Due to the nature of our business, we moved everything online only to avoid social contact with our customers while the restrictions were in place. However, once the restrictions are lifted we will go back to setting up real-life meetings as we love meeting our clients and getting a chance to speak to them.
