I have been going for a few months now and I couldn't have found a better place to workout. I enjoy the people I workout with, have the most amazing instructor (Lucy), and for the 1st time actually have fun while working out. I meet new goals everyday and feel good about myself every time I participate. We have spent the last week working out with Lucy and could not have asked for a better gym to keep us fit while on vacation! We were able to strength train and do the Workout of the Day (WOD) for a great drop in rate! Thanks Lucy for the amazing workouts! There are so many things that I appreciate about this gym that I'm not sure where to begin.

1) The comradery. I've felt welcome since day one. Everyone is supportive and encouraging, I'm consistently introduced to faces that are new to me, and Lucy always greets me with a "Hey, girl!" Love that. Even though our WODs are timed and results are posted, I never feel in competition with anyone but myself.

2) The focus on form and technique. There's an emphasis on challenging yourself, but not at the price of compromising safety. Lucy never hesitates to tell me if I need to correct my movement and is happy to give feedback when I ask for it. She is forever patient with my questions and the nonsensical things I say post-workout when my body is directing all energy to muscle recovery instead of my brain.

3) It works!! I am a small lady in weight and frame and have historically thought of myself as weak. In less than 2 months I've made great improvements in regards to form and strength. The increase in my functional strength and visible muscle growth is so rewarding. And all in under 30 minutes 3-4 times a week!

4) I also like how many mama's and papa's I see at this gym and how everyone kinda collectively watches their little ones during the WOD. Props to those parents.

Cannot recommend this place enough. I'm sure I could go on, but I'll leave it at that for now. Thanks to Lucy for being the brilliant creator and trainer and all of the gym-goers that help make LT's Primal Fitness such an awesome place to be.

I just moved here a few months ago, love this gym! Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Challenging workouts with attention to good form. Love the people and the gym. I have been going there for several months now and I have yet to do the same workout twice! The knowledge and experience that Lucy and Rob have is mind-blowing!! Better than just knowing it, they live it. They put in the work everyday like everybody else. They will push you and encourage you every step of the way. Everyday is a new challenge and you meet that challenge with great direction from Lucy and great encouragement from the people working hard right beside you. I have made great friends and continue to improve in my strength and endurance. By far the best part of my day!!! More...

I have never been one to love the intimidating and overwhelming traditional gym environment. But this place is SO far from that, it's refreshing. All the members are so warm and welcoming... when I joined a few months ago, I didn't know a soul and now it feels like I have a new family!

Lucy somehow has achieved this incredible balance of being an amazing coach and motivator, while still being just as awesome, unintimidating, and relatable as a person. She genuinely cares about her members and strives to form meaningful relationships with each one of them. She is a Crossfit certified trainer, though not affiliated, so you get all the Crossfit goodness for a fraction of the cost. :) Going to LT's feels like having your own personal trainer as the classes are really small and Lucy is there to check your form and keep you motivated throughout the class!

I am constantly telling all my friends and family about this place and would recommend to anyone!

I Love Lts!! I highly recommend Lts to anyone who is serious about improving their health and fitness level. Lucy offers modifications to workouts for beginners. I've been going to Lts for about 6 months now. I really stepped up and started doing Wods 4 days a week in October and have seen a real change. I've lost 20+ pounds and 3 inches on my waist. I'm alot stronger and my endurance has increased. Lucy is so encouraging and supportive. She's an awesome trainer & teacher. The people at Lts have great attitudes and are supportive of each other too. I know that if I continue to put in the time and with Lucy's help, I can be "the best me I can be" More...
