What’s your signature dish?
Lowcountry Boil traditional style has been a big event for bachelor and etts. Our famous Shrimp and grits cups and Gullah dishes are a top seller also.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Communication is a large part of planning any type of event. Our event specialist will help walk you through all aspects of planning. We also love to learn our clients likes and dislikes, that allows us to customize each package to insure not only you but your guest have a wonderful experience.
What do you love most about your job?
Learning different cultures and meeting new people. Also cooking food for mix races has been a fun and fantastic adventure. I have created meals to show both sides of the couples culture and fuse it with a Charleston charm.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Sharing our passion and love for entertaining and assisting with event planning.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Lowcountry Indulgence requires employees takes all precautions to ensure individual health.
All surface areas, including the kitchen area and service stations, will be sanitized before, after, and throughout the service.
Staff adheres to all CDC guidelines specific to COVID-19 and adjusts to meet recommendations from the CDC.
Adjust service requirements as necessary to follow any COVID-19 guidelines from local city, county, or state requirements.
