Delicious, Plant-Based, Gluten-Free Goodness! I found this cafe through a recommendation on a gluten-free/dairy-free group. It’s just five minutes from Forest Park and super easy to access. Everything on the menu is plant-based (vegan) and gluten-free, which is pretty darn hard to find! The menu is diverse, and we had a hard time choosing. My daughter settled in the Cheezy Chili Noodles and DEVOURED half of her generous portion. The other half is enough for another full meal. I chose the breakfast platter with a pancake on the side. SO YUMMY! The tofu scramble was well-flavored, the potatoes were perfectly crisp and tender, and the pancake had a terrific texture. Went two days in a row because I loved the food. It’s a farther drive for me but definitely was worth it both times. Got the falafel burger both days as I’ve had many falafel meals over the years and this definitely is one of the best, it’s not too dry even for a falafel and you can tell it’s made with love. I also got the banana coconut cream pie both days and tried different items also which were good. It’s great for me because I’m gluten-free and eat vegetarian/raw/vegan so nothing is off limits in the menu while most places are either or. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you 😊 More...

Leah was such a great host! Her new restaurant is perfect for those looking for both vegan and gluten free options. She catered to our requests generously and made us pancakes and French toast even though it was a Tuesday and not a weekend. Best pancakes I’ve had hands down!
