I recently participated in a Meditation class at the In The Zen Studio In Frostburg, Md led by Paula of Love Life Om. Paula was an excellent facilitator/ instructor. Her Meditation program and her calming voice created the desired outcome of a peaceful and quiet mind. I would highly recommend.
