Love Evolution is the absolute best! It’s been a year since signing up for my new member trial week and Meghan has created such a welcoming studio. I’ve always felt at home, completely free to go at my own pace and challenged to try new things. If you’re new to the area or have been wanting to check them out, you will thank yourself for walking thru those doors. It was the best decision I made for myself and my self care.Their children’s program is amazing as well - both of my daughters have been in Erin’s Tots program since they were small and my oldest has now moved up to the “big kid” class. My kiddo LOVES the kids classes there. Erin is a fantastic instructor who helps children learn about yoga. I really appreciated when my daughter came to me and told me she remembered from class at a random time because it stuck with her and been on her mind.

Tonight was my first time at Love Evolution & it was absolutely amazing. I have been out of practice of a while & was very nervous to start again at a new studio. As soon as I opened the door I felt so comfortable & at home. The atmosphere is so welcoming & the members & instructors are so kind. I took the non-heated evolution flow class & Jenna guided you but allowed for you to go at your pace to be within your own practice. It was such a lovely flow. I also stayed for Jourdan’s Nidra class... h o l y m o l y... I have never meditated like that in my life. It was out of this world & Jourdan is like no other. I will without a doubt be joining their tight knit, kind, warm & welcoming community. Love love love More...

This is hands down the best studio in the area, and Meghan the owner has done an amazing job with the space, visually and energetically. She is friendly, responsible, and open to creating opportunities to expand what the studio has to offer. A lot of yoga studio owners tend to be territorial and are threatened when different programs and trainings come in the area, but Meghan is the opposite. Amazing studio and the teachers are incredible (and now run by a fantastic new owner!) Like many of the other reviewers said, no matter what your level is, you are never made to feel inadequate - instead I have felt nothing but support and encouragement and empowered with the feeling like, I can do this! ! For those not sure they can handle “hot” yoga, I encourage you to try a few classes. The first few times I tried it, I’ll be honest - I thought I was going to die. But how good I felt afterwords kept me coming back. And after only about six classes, now I love the heat. Plus even though I habitually overstretch my hamstrings, I notice that never happens in heated yoga, but still does in a non heated class. So the benefit of the heat really is a thing. And you get to sweat out all those toxins!! More...

I'm new to yoga and only know a really small amount about it. I've been to 2 classes and never once felt out of place. I took my time and no one judged me or laughed because I didn't know what I was doing. I had a great first impression and am looking forward to the benefits to my mind and body (even if I felt like I had never worked out before the next day.)
