What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
We pride ourselves in having industry professionals and experienced DJ's in our lineup. Many of them come from the night club scene and are accustomed to keeping large crowds engaged. We like to stay actively engaged with the audience to connect with them and "feel" what sort of music really moves them.
What do you love most about your job?
Our favorite part of this business is the joy it brings to peoples lives. We know as much as we do events every weekend, each particular event is a milestone in someone's life or business, and we want to celebrate that with you and make unforgettable memories with your family and loved ones!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Lotus was started by 2 partners that have worked together in this industry for over 10 years. Scott has always loved music and DJing and that passion took him from house parties, to night clubs, and then cooperate functions and weddings. Jarrod's passion has always been producing events for others to enjoy. At 18 years old he pioneered a community fundraising event that still exists today! Scott and Jarrod have been friends for over 15 years and started producing events together for over 10. Scott and Jarrod wanted to professionally share their experience and expertise in this field to people that maybe don't have the same background but want a professional event production. That pride and passion in what they do mixed with the genuine desire to help people produce their dream events and the joy it brings to their loves is why they love what they do.

Utilizing adaptable mixing – no automated playlists here -- our DJs specialize in 90’s to 2000’s Hip-Hop, R & B and Top 40’s, as well as customized and curated playlists catered to your exact musical and lyrical needs.
From the moment they drop the beat, they are on their toes and on top of their game. Say the word, or give the cue, and our DJ’s can turn a hammering beat into a heartfelt accompaniment, worthy of a speech.
MC Services
Engaging, sincere and adaptable, our MCs take the pressure off your shoulders by working the crowd, making relatable connections, and keeping the energy up for your guests, well into the day or night.
