When it comes to any type of repairs to our precious livelihoods (I.e. our phones) you want quality repairs in a timely manny at an affordable price. "Cheap, fast, good; pick two " well this place allows for all three ( depending on which service you get) I got standard screen replacement for a cracked screen. As of 05/14/22, the price was $70 plus tax for parts and labor which I think is a fair price. He had it done in 20 minutes and even inspected it to make sure it was up to his standards. He had to redo mine because he wasn't satisfied with how it turned out. Tris showed me he didn't want to half-a$$ it and make sure that the customer is satisfied even though I don't know if I would've been able to tell. I can see why this place has so many rave reviews. I say I did a pretty good job not having a phone landing on its face issue, the first time being a glass screen issue. Now it was a broken LCD issue since it fell on the speaker first while on a treadmill, leaving a black smudge at the bottom of my screen. Had to cut a gym trip short for it as it fell on a treadmill but I messaged the owner and he was able to get a good quote for me to have my phone fixed. He had an employee help and explain things to me which he fixed my phone in less than 30 mins. I also saw it had changed locations, literally only a block down but in a easier place to get out of and also find parking.I appreciate this business and will come back whenever I have an issue, knowing I will be taken care of! The defeated look on my son's face, when he came out to show me that her dropped his phone in the tile floor, cracking the glass in the corner, and causing a major screen malfunction, nearly brought tears to my own eyes. Part of me wanted to be upset with him, but it's impossible to stay mad when you look into your child's watery eyes when they realized they made a tragic mistake. Well, Mistakes happen, and luckily there's Long Beach iRepair to correct them. Knowing how much it costs to replace a phone, I was happy to spend the $120 (plus tax) I was quoted for the repair. I assumed it would take a some time to fix, and was pleasantly surprised to find out that only meant 15-20 minutes. They handed me back my boy's phone, and though a few years old, it looks better than my own. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Overall satisfactory work. Quote was $115 and I walked out paying $300 after tax. Phone repair 8.5/10My quote was for a 12 pro max with needed repairs on a shattered rear glass and a punctured battery. (To be fair, the battery puncture was on my end because I was trying to cut costs by repairing the glass on my own) I was a bit skeptical about the cost breakdown. I am no professional here but I don't understand why the quote said $115 for both battery and glass repair when he ended up charging me $150 for the glass alone. After repairs, the phone was up and running as expected. Prior to fixing, the owner made it clear that there was a chance that my phone would not work 100% back to normal given that I had previously tried to repair the phone on my own and/or I may have caused a short. I came here with my Samsung phone which had its screen suddenly go completely white. On the way to the store the phone started working again but I figured I would try to ask about it anyway. I was dismissively asked to stand in the corner and "make it happen" as if I just magically knew how it occurred (that's why I came here, I didn't know!). The entire time the guy was just talking bitcoin with someone else and basically it seemed as though he didn't care to stop his conversation to help out a customer. I happened to get lucky and it happened again while standing there. I was told it is probably a screen issue but might not be so its probably not worth the $300 to repair it and I should just buy a new phone (The phone is a year and a half old). Yea, thanks for nothing on that one. I took the phone elsewhere and they diagnosed exactly what happened within 30 seconds (not joking). I got an authorized part and all work for $50 less then this guy quoted. Definitely don't intend to return to this business even though its down the street from my house. After quoting me 50$ for a battery I drove far to get there  . Guy comes out to say that's for a cheaper battery. A better battery is 60$ . Very deceptive ! What didn't he tell me this on his original quote. Then he said it would take around 20-30Minutes . I get there the guys says it's not open yet so it would take around an hour.
