Wrapping up the 6 week challenge and can say it works if you do. I lost 20 lbs. in six weeks. Neil is a terrific coach and really engages with his members. The nutrition plan and cookbook were top notch and eased the transition to eating healthy and clean with good flavorful recipes.The workouts are focused and flow nicely. I lost 25 pounds(and 4% body fat) in 6 weeks. It is possible. You HAVE TO be focused and regimented about your meals and AT LEAST 3 workouts weekly. Neil and Denise are incredibly supportive and intelligent coaches, but YOU have to work. I am a high school wrestling coach and was injured most of the time and they worked with me to implement the workouts in a way that worked with my injuries, but still allowed me to push myself.
