My 4 year old daughter took one of Lindsey's cookie classes. She LOVED it! Lindsey had everything ready to go. She showed the kids how to measure ingredients, explained what the ingredients were and everyone got a turn or two to put something into the bowl. She was so much fun and kept the kids entertained. My daughter had the cookies eaten before we even got home!She also came to my house to do a small cooking class for some of the younger girls in my neighborhood. She picked easy recipes. Taught them how to chop vegetables, we made 2 recipes that night so they got to taste them. I even learned a thing or two. More...

We Love Lindsey's cooking classes. I signed my 2 sons up for cooking camp where they learned how to make food from scratch. ...with real ingredients. I have been bugged in the past when I sign my kids up for cooking classes, only for them to learn how to mix up jello pudding. With Lindsey one of the meals they learned how to make was a marinara sauce from scratch, using fresh herbs. My boys always come home able to recreate healthy meals that they love! I held a retreat for my employees at Bear Lake over the summer. We had a whole lot of work and play to do so the idea of trying to cook for them as well was overwhelming. Lindsey made it so simple. I gave her the number of people and our budget and she did the rest. The food was excellent. She offered a variety of classics with her own flare as well as her own creations. We used Lindsey to cater a big Christmas party we host every year for our neighbors. It takes me weeks to plan and I always spend a lot of money on food. I talked with Lindsey about how large of a group to expect and what I was hoping for. She did such a good job creating this beautiful family style charcuterie board meal. Everyone complimented me on how fun the food was. And the most amazing part is that it cost me less than it has in past years to make the food myself.
