What do you love most about your job?
It has always been a passion of mine to support people through their journey. I believe that everyone deserves respect, inclusion and support. Counselling is a necessity and a form of self care; taking caring of YOU is the best thing anyone can do for themselves.
Providing my clients with a non-judgmental environment, to explore their lives, warms my heart and is the driving force behind my business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Believing that everyone has the right to counselling is the reason I started my business. Mental Health supports are minimal in many areas in North America, I placing myself in this supportive role is where I want to be.
Why should our clients choose you?
There are many wonderful counsellors available who provide amazing services; I am one of them. We all get into the helping field for many different reasons, and we all bring something to the table.

Here is a little bit about me:
I have studied Psychology at Brock University, Addictions Studies at McMaster University, as well as Child and Youth Studies, Counselling Skills for Human Services, Criminal Psychology and Behaviour at Niagara College.
Seeking support is a challenge, and I am honoured that my current and future clients trust me to join them on their journey of self-discovery. Starting your journey can be a tough, vulnerable place and I strive to provide everyone with an inclusive, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to build themselves. We all bring different lived experience to the table, and the hope for all my clients, is to find meaning in those experiences and heal from the inside out.
In-person Counselling Session
Counselling services are confidential. Our primary responsibility is to improve distress and promote healthy functioning in one's life by providing short-term or long-term support.
Life Coaching
Life Coaching looks to empower you by helping you make, meet, and exceed goals in both your personal and professional lives.
Virtual Sessions
Counselling and Life Coaching services are proudly available via online through On-Call Health. This is a secure platform that meets ALL privacy protection laws throughout North America.
We are able to provide secure, confidential video or instant message sessions. This service can be offered completely anonymous or not; this is your choice.
Phone Sessions
Phone Counselling services are confidential. Our primary responsibility is to improve distress and promote healthy functioning in one's life by providing short-term or long-term support.
