Signature dishes are a thing of the past when you do everything with love and care. I make all types of dishes. I’ve learned that everyone has a specific taste but because I love herbs and spices and I grow my own herbs, I believe that everything becomes customizable and different when creating my dishes.

I like to learn about my clients prior to their event. I want to know what you like and dislike. I’d like to know what kind of event it will be so I can better service your needs again , I always offer my professional advice on your menus. This would include Price, Timing and staffing options for travel.

What I love most about being head Chef is. I get to create the most beautiful pieces of craftsmanship. I am so big on aesthetics. I love good cooking but good looking food. The first thing someone notices is not how it taste but how it looks so I honor that when I prepare my dishes.

What inspired me to start my own business was my journey to health! I was able to loose 70lbs and I struggled with finding healthy options as well as “good food .” So many people also struggles with that too. I wanted my business to represent healthy meals for the mind, body and soul. We have achieved that with my personal chef healthy meal plan services.

I would say choose who makes you feel at HOME. Food is a combination of love, pride, passion and experience. I want someone to choose me because what I am and what I do feels just like home. In some ways you never feel like you’ve left your home. You will feel like you’ve met a new friend.

Yes, I can provide my services remotely and online. I have been doing cooking classes online through zoom through this pandemic and it’s always fun, informative and cost effective for my clients and their client base.

Sanitization is customary in the food industry so for me. I’ve been much more diligent in hand washing. Following CDC Guidelines and wearing masks. Separating myself from others as I prepare your meals and providing options of “ Pan Sized” by Chef Jas which allows my Customers to order there favorite dishes from my company with just the option of delivery without me physically being at the event or location.
