About

Following a successful 30+ year career in applied behavioral science and counseling, health coaching, fitness and life coaching, Ms. Winston created her own practice, Life Targets, LLC in 2015 to bring these areas of expertise together. Ms. Winston holds many professional credentials, including Licensed Mental Counselor with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy specialization, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (expert in behavior and habit change), Certified Health Coach with Specialization in Weight Management, Certified Life Coach, and holds certificates in whole food, plant-based cooking and nutrition. Laraine is also an accomplished endurance athlete and martial artist.
Life Targets helps adults and children achieve their goals using proven, evidence based strategies, whether the desired changes are health related (such as achieving & maintaining a healthy weight, or improving nutrition), mental health and habit change, and fitness and sports related goals.
