How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I let the client guide the menu. That way we have all the ingredients and flavors the client likes.
What do you love most about your job?
I’m having fun when I’m making people happy with what we create for them. Interacting with people and putting a smile on their face (especially in 2020) is what it’s all about.
