I recently planned a trip out of town before realizing that my pet sitter was going to be on vacation. I searched online and I was lucky enough to find Leashes pet care. I was very nervous because the day that any came by to meet the little creatures, my two dogs had gotten into a big fight the night before and one of them had to have surgery that day. Annie didn't hesitate whatsoever. It makes any pet owner nervous enough to have a stranger coming to their home when they're not there and also take care of their pets. But I could tell Annie was awesome right away and I could totally trust her. She even pulled some MacGyver skills when my dog ate through her cone. It was such a relief to be three times zones away and feel confident that my little creatures were being taken care of. Annie is incredibly easy going and easy to work with. Annie is so great , my boarding hasn't even ended and I'm so inclined to do a review because from the moment I left she has been sending me pictures , videos and updates , I love seeing my baby have fun with her . Leashes is great! We just got a new puppy and spend a lot of time at work. I was nervous with trying to find a dog walking company that would actually meet our needs. But luckily, Annie is awesome and really is on top of everything going on with her dog walkers. No issues with asking questions and always available via phone or email. Kay walks our dogs and she always lets us know how each walk goes and if they are any issues or concerns that we should be aware of. Couldn't be more happy with our decision! More...

Annie was wonderful! She boarded our 9 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback on short notice on a holiday weekend. Her reviews on here made me feel comfortable leaving Lani with her overnight and I'm glad I did; Lani had a great time playing with some other pups and also had plenty of personal space and attention during her stay. She was so content when we came to pick her up that she almost forgot to get excited to see us :-) We're from out of town but will definitely stick with Annie if we have boarding needs in this area in the future. Annie has been helping us with our two miniature schnauzers for 2 months. She demonstrated professionalism from the very first time I contacted her. She is very flexible to accommodate to my busy schedule and takes very good care of my babies. We are very selective about who we trust our babies with. Annie from leashes let care is amazing! We went out of town since my almost 10 yr-old doggie Apple is a little older , I prefer her to stay home with someone instead of taking her to a pet resort or to the vet. Annie was very punctual when we met her the first time. She was professional, friendly and a true pleasure to meet with. My Apple took to her right away.  When we went out of town, Annie came by at the times we discussed and took her for a walk and spent time with her. She also honored our request (we wipe our doggie's lady parts and booty after she poops). I spent some time looking for a dog walker for my rescue pup. After trying the wag app and it was a total failure because they send you different dog walkers and if you have a dog like mine, how are you not nervous that your dog may attack someone out of protective instincts to guard your home. Anyways I reached out to her through email and she responded back right away. After the first initial visit I knew Annie was a winner. My dog was all over her... Now my precious pup gets walked by her weekly and I don't have any stress. Not only is Annie providing exceptional services but she is also going far beyond, she is even teaching her tricks. Annie and her group of dog walkers are amazing!!! My elderly mother lives in Pembroke Pines with her 2 Shi-tzu's and her children live quite a distance away. My mother lives in a second floor condo and can't get downstairs to pick up her mail, dispose of her trash or walk her dogs. Annie and her group pick up her mail daily and dispose of her trash in addition to walking the dogs daily. If anything seems off with our mother they contact me. They provide a peace of mind that's invaluable. Annie and the other walkers also inform me when my mother's dogs need veterinary care or grooming. In addition my mother has always let go of previous dog walkers for various complaints after a few weeks. She's been using Annie/Leashes for almost a year and can't speak highly enough of them!! I recently used Annie/Leashes Pet Care to board 2 of my dogs (2 1/2 year old lab and 12+ year old mastiff mix). I do not travel frequently and always have some anxiety about leaving my dogs. I had a great person that i trusted for years that recently left South FL, so I was forced to find someone new. I saw positive ratings for Annie here on Yelp and figured I'd give her a shot - my expectations were exceeded as she was outstanding. First, communication with Annie is easy and prompt. She responds to text messages very quickly and proactively sends REAL updates (not just a cute pic and an "all is well" message, but tells you exactly what's going on with the dogs. My old mutt, Jenny, is currently on medication for seizures so I was very concerned about finding a responsible person I could trust to take good care of her while I was on a 9 day vacation - Annie certainly was not phased Jenny's special needs! Annie's prices are very fair given that the dogs have access to a nice fenced in yard and are contained but not caged while inside. Upon pickup, my dogs looked and acted great, seemed stress free and acted as if I was never gone. I'm so thankful I stumbled upon Annie and hope she continues her great service for a long time!! To anyone looking for dog boarding, pet sitting, dog walking in the Pines/Miramar area - Annie is your #1 lady. Seriously - look no further. I was recently freaking out during Hurricane Matthew:  if my flight to NC was going to get cancelled/rescheduled, prepping for the storm and.. you can imagine the myriad of stress. Thankfully, Annie was easily to respond (even admist a hurricane!) and also responded rather quickly through Yelp as well! We set up a tentative boarding - tenative due to the uncertainty of the weather - and luckily enough, my 5month old pup was fortunate and able to get dropped off to her the very next day. Annie makes everything so easy, casual and refreshing! In the craziness of South Florida by nature and even by Mother Nature herself (hurricane haha) she was super easy to chat, gather information and accomodating. She is so sweet and cute!! I highly recommend her. Dogs stay in an enclosed patio near the back of her house that is well secured and equipped for AC. Small and large dogs can be separated and there are plenty of beds, couches, and toys galore! All you need is to bring your own doggie food and you are good to go. Seriously, I over packed because I was THAT mom, lol. In addition, Annie sends pictures each day of your furry love. They are the most adorable pictures! ++ words can't express how much more it is worth it knowing that your dog isn't confined to a kennel/cage all day long. Okay, so I've had many Pet Sitters in the past.  I always have four Greyhounds.  Annie, from day 1, was the best choice I've ever made.  She takes photos of my Greyhounds every day while I'm at work and she's with them.  She truly loves my dogs as much as they love her!  She gives them their meds if they need.  She walks them.  Plays with them in the house if it's raining.  My dogs simply love, love, love Annie, and so do I. We are so glad we found out about Annie and her pet care business. We never worry about our dog when we're away.
