I did agility there and absolutely LOVED it! The teacher was amazing and my dog had so much fun.I also took my dog to daycare and my dog came home tired everyday! I follow them on Facebook and snapchat and they always post photos and videos. Looks like the dogs have a great time! Highly recommend. I haven't been in to shop much, but I know they treat their employees really well. It sounds like a really great place to work. I'd shop there if they carried Instinct dry dog food! It's hard to find that these days. Would much rather shop here than Petco or Petsmart. If you go for grooming, make sure to request Linda. She does a wonderful job and is so genuine. My dog came home very tired which is such a blessing as we own a husky! I loved that they sent a report card with a little video of all the fun he was having! It would have been nice to have a second update at the end of the day for his report card or have someone tell us how he did as this was his first exposure to play care. He also came home tired when he went to boarding for the weekend which was awesome! Same idea, it would have been nice to have a better idea of how he handled boarding, although I understand that is hard to do with the high volume of dogs that come through. More...

We have taken our Sheltie Nicholas to Leashes and Leads during my husband's Mayo Clinic appointments (2-3 days per year) for many years. Normally, he is shy and has some separation anxiety--but not there. He's a very happy day camper! I brought my dog in for grooming, and had a great experience. The staff was friendly on the phone and in person, our pup is clean and happy, and we’ll definitely be back for grooming and to try out the other services at the facility!

L&L always does a really nice job grooming our hard-to-groom 110# dog. He doesn't like strange people touching him, but he ALWAYS let's them do their thing and he comes home looking and smelling fresh and clean. My dogs always come home looking much better than when he/she left my house. Leashes and leads does a very nice job. I've had a few technical issues that were easily resolved, but nothing pertaining to the grooming of my dogs.

We had to go to the Mayo Clinic at short notice , and this wonderful place took our French bulldog for the day !! I was so happy to see the beautiful place when I got there and received a cute video while I was gone of her playing with her new friends, would definitely recommend this place , I’ll be back.

The staff and facilities are the best in the area. The staff know their products and services, treat everyone well, and offer informed advice. My wife and I took our dog through a few reactive behavior classes and had a good experience with the trainer. We also use the outdoor dog park. It's clean and full of activities, including a pond and a washing station. This is the only dog park on the west side of Rochester and I wish we had found it sooner. We took our little Morkie there for grooming. I got him a goofy haircut as a joke for my wife and they did an excellent job. He came out looking like an extremely buff lion. Very clean and very professional. However, we would have appreciated more communication and updates regarding our dog’s wellbeing during his stay. We boarded our rescue dog for the first time and got very little overall feedback on how he did/how his stay went. I called the first day of his stay to check on him and the staff was helpful and reassured me he was a little reserved, but doing ok. I also added the “report card” option to his boarding package, but then never received the email/video. However when we picked him up I asked the staff how he did the rest of his stay, the response I got was, “well, no news is good news. So if you didn’t hear from us he probably did fine.”...not the most reassuring response. I mentioned that I did not receive the report card/any updates, and when she checked our file, it turns out it was never added. More...

We have been taking our 2yr old GSD here for the past year and a half and have nothing but positive experiences. We mention "lets go to Playcare" and Max goes nuts and runs to the door in anticipation! It is a great place for our dog, and even greater that he can get his nails trimmed, get groomed while at PlayCare and I don't have to make a separate appointments as they can do it all while he is there! Very nice, clean, professional, and friendly service. We took our Great Pyrenees for a night of boarding. The facilities were clean and we'll kept. All the information we needed to know before bringing her was given to us in advance. She even was given a "report card" when we picked her up that told how she behaved, ate, drank, and played.
