How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I usually have a phone consultation with them to get all the information i need to make sure they get the best menu options possible.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and being able to cook different dishes all the time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I use ti be a fashion photographer and i would cater for the magazine shoots with celebrities and it blossomed from there.
