Lauri's Pet Sitting

Lauri did a wonderful job of sitting for my two dogs. They came home happy and I could tell they were under no stress. Lauri is very animal savvy. I have a 108 lb Doberman and Lauri did a great job of handling him as he can be a handful sometimes. Her house is clean and she has it set up to be pet friendly. Lauri was great! She sent pictures throughout our trip to show us how Bella was doing. She would update us on Bella and was very good at taking care of any requests. Her dog is adorable and great with Bella too. Bella was relaxed when we picked her up and responded well to her environment. We already booked Lauri again because we were so pleased. I was thrilled to find a great place to leave my pampered Irish Wolfhound Bella, while I attended a concert at the Amelia arena. Since I was coming in from out of town Lauri agreed to meet the day of the concert. Bella and I were welcomed into her clean tidy home and after a short and painless intake interview I was confident that I had found the correct place to leave my girl. It was an added bonus that Lauri's home was a mere 2 miles from the arena and hotel. Although I had explained that I didn't expect Bella to eat in my absence Lauri did her best to entice her into eating. I received a text in the morning with pictures of my girl which assured me that she was happy and being well cared for. Later in the afternoon, after retrieving Bella, I received a follow up text, this was way beyond anything I have experienced in the past with other pet sitters. The people of Tampa are very fortunate to have someone as conscientious and caring as Laurie, in which to entrust the care of their beloved animals. Lauri's is a gift! Winston the petite Pomeranian was so happy in her home to be able to socialise with other dogs and not be caged. I feel Winston is is in capable and loving hands and have no worries of his well being. If anything should happen I am sure that Lauri would be able to handle any situation. Lauri was able to watch my pup last minute when I suddenly had to go out of town for the night. She sent me updates and pictures and I felt a lot more comfortable leaving my pup in a house environment rather than the typical dog boarding kennels. Lauri is amazing!! She was able to watch our Oreo last minute for us. He made himself at home cuddling on Lauri and her couch. If you are in the area and need a sitter or boarder call her. I am so happy that I found Lauri! I needed someone on short notice to watch my dog for a few days. Lauri was super responsive. After sitting down with her for a meet & greet, I knew I could trust her. She understood my concerns about leaving my dog in a kennel at a large boarding facility and reassured me that she would provide personalized care. I received pictures of my dog every day, which made me feel at ease. Normally when I pick my dog up after boarding somewhere, she acts sad and distant for a few days following. However, after staying with Lauri, she was completely her normal and happy self so I know she was comfortable and well taken care of. Lauri's service was the perfect venue for my dogs to spend a fun weekend while I out of town. I didn't have to worry about them at all. Lauri sent e pics of my two little girls having fun and playing all weekend. Her house is set up very well for dog sitting and her back yard is fenced in and beautiful.
