I’m a chef from New Orleans and in New Orleans we have that famous southern hospitality and flavor palettes that are to die for. I just moved to California I’ve been cooking since I was 12 and went to culinary school in Thiboduax LA. I’m an excellent chef, the evidence is in my size lol I won’t brag about my cooking or anything I’ll just let my food do All the talking.

Chef Lamor made our family gathering a pleasure in every regard: the prime rib roast was beautiful, the service was first-rate, and having it catered was one of the best decisions we made. Hats off to the chef!
